The Samsons Women's Basketball program recently signed Ironwood native, Jaelyn Novascone to play for the 2026-27 season. 

"Jaelyn Novascone has a strong offensive skill set that will only get better the next few years. She has all the qualities of being an excellent defender also. I watched her at the Kiwanis Classic Border Bash and she blended well with the pace and talent on the floor. Jaelyn is extremely pleasant to be around and will be a tremendous asset to Samson Basketball for the next 2 years."
